Lower Colorado Region

The LC Region designed an internal Leadership Development program in 2005, and has developed over 300 aspiring leaders over the years.  The LC Region has identified the need to develop future leaders as a high priority for the future success of the organization.  The LCTC can also be a destination of choice for other organizations to utilize to conduct leadership programs for their organization.
