Asset Management Division
Mission Statement
AMD’s mission is to ensure effective operations and exceptional stewardship of Reclamation’s infrastructure by establishing an agile framework in collaboration with external and internal stakeholders. Reclamation manages a diverse portfolio of water and power assets, many over 100 years old. This site provides tools, technical manuals, and reference materials to support effective asset management across 17 western states.

Infrastructure Investment and Management
This branch provides direction for the Infrastructure Program, asset inventory, and reporting, including Federal Real Property Profile (FRPP), Major Rehabilitation and Replacement (MR&R), Capital Investment and Repair Needs (CIRN), Capital Planning and Investment Control (CPIC), and the Strategic Asset Management Plan (SAMP) and Asset Management Plans (AMPs).

Enterprise Asset Information Branch
The Enterprise Asset Information (EAI) Branch oversees the data governance quality, and integration of enterprise-wide asset data, ensuring that information needed for planning, management, and decision making is accurate, consistent, and accessible. The branch supports data standards, systems, and processes that enable effective stewardship of the agency’s assets.
