Final Colorado Big-Thompson West Slope Collection System Preliminary Alternatives Development Report
The Preliminary Alternatives Development Report examines possibilities for addressing clarity issues in Grand Lake. Grand Lake is the largest and deepest natural lake in the state of Colorado. It is also part of the water system that moves Colorado-Big Thompson Project water from the West Slope of the state, under the Continental Divide to the East Slope and Front Range.
