How to Obtain a Hardbound Water Measurement Manual

Public Purchase: The manual is available for purchase by the public from the Government Printing Office (GPO) through the GPO Bookstore. Search for the manual by title or using the stock number, "024-003-00215-1." Occasionally, the book may be temporarily unavailable from GPO due to low inventory. The U.S. price is currently $26.50.
