2023 Tribal and Stakeholders' Workshop
Reclamation invites you to participate in an interactive Tribes and stakeholders' workshop at the Denver Federal Center, Building 67, in Lakewood, Colorado, October 17-18, 2023.
Meeting topics will include updates from Reclamation's leadership with discussions on The Aging Infrastructure Account Funding, Reclamation’s Climate Change Adaptation Strategy; Water and Related Resources Planning; Tribal Programs and Funding Opportunities; WaterSMART Funding Opportunities; and Implementation of the Inflation Reduction Act. In addition to sharing what Reclamation and the Department of the Interior are doing in these areas, we will be seeking your individual input into how we can improve our engagement with you in these areas.
These topics will be of special importance for Tribal leaders, water district and power utility managers, engineering staff, financial assistance personnel, and environmental compliance professionals as well as non-governmental organizations. Discussions will cover areas of general emphasis for these communities and allow participants to delve into consideration of specific examples.
Space is limited, so please RSVP online to reserve your seat. We will need your name for the security list to enter the building for the meeting. Here is a link to a map of the Denver Federal Center. Visitors need to enter the Federal Center through Gate 1 and will enter Building 67 through the south entrance.
The agenda and more information will be available soon.
