RRA Forms for Districts

The RRA forms for districts are completed by districts annually to summarize the district's landholding information.

  • Certification district summary forms are used by districts that are subject to the RRA's discretionary provisions, or have landholders in the district that are subject to the RRA's discretionary provisions.
  • Reporting district summary forms are used by districts that are subject to the RRA's prior law provisions, or have landholders in the district that are subject to the RRA's prior law provisions.
  • Certification and reporting district summary forms each have separate instructions that provide detailed information on how to complete the form.
    • Use of the separate instructions is highly recommended when completing any RRA form.
  • Form 7-21INFO (General Information About RRA Forms) provides general acreage limitation information, including definitions for the terms used in the RRA forms.

The RRA forms are electronically fillable, and all RRA forms may also be printed (as blank forms) and manually completed. The RRA Resources page provides general troubleshooting assistance. Electronic signature features are not available on the electronic RRA forms as provided on this website. Please be aware that the RRA district summary forms must be manually signed and manually submitted to the appropriate Reclamation office in order to fulfill the district's RRA form submittal requirements, unless Reclamation has approved an electronic submittal option as detailed in the next paragraph. Although some newer Adobe software and software from other vendors allow digital signatures to be applied to PDF files, Reclamation does not provide, support, or accept digital signatures on district RRA forms. The only exception is the signature equivalent allowed through Reclamation's approval of an electronic submittal option as detailed in the next paragraph.

The electronically completed district summary forms can now be electronically submitted using guidance that was distributed in December 2008 to all irrigation districts subject to the acreage limitation provisions. Please reference the December 2008 district mailing, and contact the appropriate Reclamation office if have questions or you require another copy of this guidance.

Due dates for district summary forms are established within each Reclamation region. The RRA forms for the next consecutive water year are made available on the RRA website on December 1st each year.
