Reservation Process

In-Person

  • BC Parks begins accepting reservations at 7:00am on the first Monday in February in the office located at Black Canyon Park. (First come first served in line at the door.)
  • The entrance gate will be open for customers to drive into the park and utilize the parking lot.
  • Reservations will be processed on a first come, first served basis in line at the door. A numbered ticket roll will be placed outside the office door for customers to take a number that correlates to their place in line. There is a limit of one reservations per customer.
  • Customers can bring their own pre-filled reservation form or blank copies are available.
  • A non-refundable payment (cash, check, or money order) must accompany the reservation form for the full amount of the reservation fee.
  • If allowed, an alcohol permit may be secured by the responsible person with a copy of their driver's license at no charge.
  • If person (A) is making a reservation on behalf of person/group (B), then a statement of liability will need to be completed and signed by person (A) and attached to person/group (B) reservation form.
  • Blackout days for maintenance will be built into the season, check the calendar for availability.
  • Maximum number of reservation days by one person/group is 14 within any 30-day period.

By Mail

  • BC Parks begins accepting reservations by mail starting February 15th.
  • A non-refundable payment (cash, check, or money order) must accompany the reservation form for the full amount of the reservation fee.
  • Once processed, customers will be called and notified of their reservation status.
  • Blackout days for maintenance will be built into the season, check the calendar for availability.
  • If allowed, an alcohol permit may be secured by the responsible person with a copy of their driver's license.
