Picnic Site at Montour Wildlife Area
Montour Campground is a 6-acre site approximately 9.2 miles upstream of Black Canyon Dam located in the Montour Wildlife Management Area. It consists of 16 individual sites each with a parking spur. The sites are available on a first-come, first-served basis for $8 per night. RV hookups are not provided. Tent camping on the lawn is also available for $3 per night. Limit of stay is 14 days within any 30-day period. Pets must be on a leash, and you must clean up after your pets. Dump station fee is $3.
Montour campground is open May 19th through November 19th with amenities.
However, no amenities are available November 1 through November 19th.
Park amenities include:
- Individual picnic tables.
- Fire rings with cooking grate.
- Pedestal barbeques.
- Group fire rings.
- Horseshoe pit.
- Potable water.
- Two vault toilets.
- RV dump station.
