Contractor Bidding
Many of Reclamation’s simplified acquisition requirements (valued between $10,000 and $250,000) are purchased electronically via Electronic Commerce (EC). In addition, delivery orders issued under General Services Administration’s Federal Supply Schedules are performed electronically. Reclamation also purchases professional services and supplies up to $10,000; non-professional services up to $2,500; and construction up to $2,000 using the Government Purchase Card (GCP). Vendors may access Reclamation’s contracting requirements ($15,000 and above) at https://sam.gov/SAM/. Only vendors registered in the System for Award Management (SAM), are authorized to submit quotations and proposals on posted requirements. The first step to registering in SAM is by obtaining a Dun & Bradstreet DUNS number. Vendors that require a DUNS number may contact Dun & Bradstreet at 1-(866) 705-5711 or by visiting https://www.nrcs.usda.gov/resources/. (Requesting a DUNS number is free). How To Do Business with the Bureau of Reclamation
