Sacramento River Group
The Sacramento River Group (SRG), made up of agency representatives and interested parties, will have monitoring information on species and conditions shared with it through open, accessible tools where practicable. The group receives notifications on decisions involving monthly operation forecasts, minimum instream flow adjustments above the SAC Gage, TCCA frost protection and early season diversions, and Wilkins Slough minimum flow adjustments. It may also weigh in on seasonal actions such as ramping rate deviations, Wilkins Slough October maximum flows, CVP pulse flows, voluntary agreement flow measures, Wilkins Slough minimum flow relief, rice decomposition scheduling, fall release ramp down, fall and winter base flow, and water temperature management. Annually, Reclamation prepares and circulates two reports for SRG member input: the Water Temperature Management Seasonal Report and the Reservoir Refill and Spring Pulse Seasonal Report.
