Vacation
All Federal employees are paid for all Federal holidays.
Employee earn leave (paid time off) at the following rates:
- New employees earn 13 days of annual leave each leave year if they have less than three years of service
- Employees with more three years but less than 15 years of service earn 20 days
- Employees with 15 years or more of service earn 26 days per year.
