Water Conservation In The CGB Region

Who we are and what we do: Reclamation uses federal funds to encourage water conservation projects and studies and projects throughout the CGB region. Through such funds we work with our customers and stakeholders to:
  • Optimize the beneficial use of water resources including groundwater, recycled/reused water, and surface water,
  • Educate the public about the opportunities for and the benefits of water conservation in the context of watershed management,
  • Document successful practices and future actions through Water Management Plans, and
  • Be leaders in water conservation.
