Projects and Reports

The Gila River Basin Native Fishes Conservation Program (Program) funds and implements a variety of projects focused on the recovery of native fishes and the removal of non-native aquatic species. Common projects include the maintenance of native fish captive-breeding facilities, the construction of fish barriers, the long-term monitoring of canals and native fish streams, and the reintroduction of native fishes back into the wild. For more information on these efforts and to view reports summarizing Program activities, please visit the Hatcheries, Fish Barriers, Long Term Monitoring, and Recovery Actions pages.
