The Tex Creek Wildlife Management Area is a 34,269-acre reserve near Ririe reservoir in Bonneville County, in southeastern Idaho. This WMA was established to mitigate for wildlife habitat lost when Ririe and Teton Reservoirs were constructed. Tex Creek and Indian Fork have developed incised channels that are no longer connected to the flood plain.

Reclamation's purpose for the proposed action is to respond to the Idaho Department of Fish and Game's request to install beaver dam analog and post assisted log structures to improve Yellowstone cutthroat trout densities and passage as well as increase beaver distribution. This action would occur during August through November of 2022 through 2024.
