September 28 session has been canceled and will be rescheduled for October
SACRAMENTO, Calif. - The public negotiation session scheduled for Sept. 28, 2026, with the Sites Project Authority regarding the Excess Capacity Contract and Partnership Agreement for the proposed Sites Reservoir Project has been canceled. Negotiations are expected to resume in October 2026.
