FRESNO, Calif. – The Bureau of Reclamation is seeking public comment on a proposed restated contract with the Santa Nella County Water District’s existing water service and facilities repayment contract (Contract No.14-06-200-7773A-IR1-PA), dated January 24, 2023.
Reclamation is accepting written comments for 60 days. Comments on this restated contract must be received by close of business on September 27, 2026, and may be submitted by mail, fax, or email to:
