Reclamation hosts Cascade Reservoir water quality study informational meetings

Who: Bureau of Reclamation, Snake River Area Office, Boise, Idaho

What: Snake River Area Office staff will host two meetings to share information about the Cascade Reservoir water quality study.

When: Tuesday, Aug. 23, 2022 (virtual) Tuesday, Aug. 30 (in person)

Why: The Bureau of Reclamation is developing a model of Cascade Reservoir to study how reservoir operations might affect water quality, primarily harmful algal blooms. The ongoing three-year study will conclude in 2024.  Public welcome to attend.

The virtual meeting will be informational only. The in-person meeting in Cascade will provide an opportunity to engage with Reclamation specialists and ask questions.
