Heidi Morrow was named the Director Mission Support Organization on January 18, 2022.

The Mission Support Organization is in Denver, Colorado. It is responsible for a broad range of administrative programs including financial management, property management, acquisition management, and financial assistance management. As the director, Morrow also serves as Reclamation's deputy chief financial officer, Reclamation's Working Capital Fund manager, Reclamation’s bureau procurement executive, and Reclamation’s head of financial assistance activity.

Heidi served as division manager since February 2011. She joined Reclamation in 2010 as a supervisory staff accountant and has served in various accounting and financial mission support functions since that time. Before joining Reclamation, Morrow audited federal, state and local agencies with a public accounting firm.

Morrow obtained her Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Colorado State University.
