Summary: The San Juan Water District (SJWD), in partnership with the City of Roseville and the Bureau of Reclamation, constructed a permanent raw water bypass pipeline (Bypass Pipeline) on Reclamation's Central California Area Office land in Folsom. The new 72-inch Bypass Pipeline will run parallel to the existing 3,400 foot long, 84-inch pipeline, and ensures a secure and reliable water conveyance system during planned and/or unplanned outages of the existing pipeline.
