Reclamation received 18,127 submissions during the Draft EIS comment period, including 785 unique submissions from the public, tribes, states, federal agencies, non-governmental organizations, and other stakeholders, over 17,000 form letters, over 5,000 form letters with unique content, and 51 duplicate submissions.
