Summary: Fresno Irrigation District has requested transfer between itself, Orange Cove Irrigation District and Table Mountain Rancheria. Fresno Irrigation District, a Friant Division Central Valley Project contractor, would deliver up to 100 acre-feet of its non-project Kings River water under its Warren Act Agreement to Orange Cove Irrigation District, also a Fiant Division Central Valley Project contractor. The non-project would be delivered at the Friant-Kern Canal/Gould Canal Intertie from turnout 27.7 and delivered to Orange Cove Irrigation District's downstream turnouts.
