Title: | Approval of Warren Act Contract and Renewal of Right of Way License for Westlands Water District |

Summary: | Reclamation proposes to issue a Warren Act Contract (WAC) for Westlands Water District (WWD) to introduce up to 10,000 AF per year of groundwater into federal facilities as excess capacity is available. The groundwater would be pumped from nine wells for introduction into the Coalinga Canal, conveyed and delivered within WWD?s boundaries through the Pleasant Valley system. The WAC would be in effect for up to five years. |
