Negotiation Session Scheduled for San Felipe Division Amendatory and Long-Term Water Service Contracts

The Bureau of Reclamation will hold a joint negotiation session with the San Felipe Division Contractors (Santa Clara Valley Water District and San Benito County Water District) to negotiate Amendatory and Long-Term Water Service contracts for the delivery of up to 152,500 acre-feet for Santa Clara and
43,800 acre-feet for San Benito.  The term of the Long-Term contracts will be 25 years.

The negotiation session will be held:

Tuesday, February 7, 2006
8:30 a.m. to 2 p.m.
Reclamation’s Regional Office
