Two Year Interim Renewal Cvp Water Service Contracts Available For Public Review And Comment

Negotiations have been completed for the draft form contract for the 2-year interim renewal contract with 53 Central Valley Project water contractors. In addition, negotiations have been completed for the draft form contract for the 2-year interim renewal contract with six Delta-Mendota Canal water service contractors who receive water from the Mendota Pool.
The draft forms of contract are available for a 60-day public review and comment period and are available on-line at www.usbr.gov/mp/cvpia/3404c/2004InterimCts/index.html. To request a copy of the draft forms please, contact Sammie Cervantes at 916-978-5104.
Written comments must be received by close of business Monday, February 9, 2004, and should be sent to: Bureau of Reclamation, Attention: Mr. Richard Stevenson, 2800 Cottage Way, Sacramento, CA 95825.
