Reclamation waives day use fees at New Melones Lake for all visitors on Martin Luther King, Jr. Day

FOLSOM, Calif. – On Martin Luther King, Jr. Day, Monday, Jan. 15, 2018, the Bureau of Reclamation’s Mid-Pacific Region, Central California Area Office, will waive day use fees at New Melones Lake for all visitors in observance of the civil rights leader’s birthday. Other fees, such as for overnight camping and boat launching, will still apply.

The New Melones Lake Administration Office is open Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. and is located at 6850 Studhorse Flat Road, Sonora, CA 95370.
