Reclamation Releases Draft Environmental Documents for Carvalho Ranch Water Transfer

FRESNO, Calif. -The Bureau of Reclamation has released for public review the Draft Environmental Assessment and Finding of No Significant Impact for the annual transfer of up to 560 acre-feet of Carvalho Ranch’s contract water from their lower productivity lands to higher productivity lands over a nine-year period.

The Draft EA/FONSI were prepared in accordance with the National Environmental Policy Act, and are available at http://www.usbr.gov/mp/nepa/nepa_project_details.php?Project_ID=24055. If you encounter problems accessing the document, please call 916-978-5100 or email mppublicaffairs@usbr.gov.
