 OPERATIONAL COMMENTS:   Storage is 35.1% of average (1991, 2020).

 Precipitation at the five reservoirs for JAN. 1 to date is 9.55 inches, 
 or 50% of average and 24% of the months average.  Precipitation for the 
 Water Year (OCT01 to JAN15) is 91.55 inches, or 80% of average.
 The Mountains will be cloudy with a chance of rain and snow, windy.  
 Highs in the lower 30's.  Snow Level near 4000 FT.  
 The valleys will be cloudy becoming mostly sunny, patchy freezing fog 
 this morning.  Highs near 40 degrees.  Winds light and variable.  
 Kittitas County will see gusty winds today.  Expect colder overnight 
 lows, teens possible into the weekend!

 NRCS Snotel, SWE for the Upper yakima Basin are reporting 103% of 
 average and Naches Basin sites are at 113% of average.
