 OPERATIONAL COMMENTS:   Storage is 67.1% of average (1991, 2020).

  The System went on pro-rationing MAY21.  The update proration rate 
  is 50%.  The System went onto Storage Control JUN14.
  Precipitation at the five reservoirs for JUl 1 to date is 0.90 inches, 
  or 27% of average and 22% of the months average.  Precipitation for the 
  Water Year(OCT01 To JUL25) is 181.83 inches, or 84% of average.
  The Mountains will be sunny, highs in the mid 60's.     
  The valleys will see widespread haze and areas of smoke. South wind 5 MPH.   
  Expect slightly cooler daytime highs, 90's and cooler 
  overnight temps lower 60's, the week ahead.
