 OPERATIONAL COMMENTS:   Storage is 73.1% of average (1991, 2020).
 ---------------------
 Please Note:  The System went on pro-rationing MAY20.  The current 
 proration rate is 48% based on the May 16, TWSA.  Storage Control has 
 yet to be set, reservoir inflows are still building storage.
 Precipitation at the five reservoirs for MAY 1 to date is 4.65 inches, 
 or 69% of average and 47% of the months average.  Precipitation for the 
 Water Year(OCT01 To MAY21)is 162.08 inches, or 80% of average. 
 The Mountains will be partly sunny with a chance of showers.  Highs 
 in the 50's.        
 The valleys will be mostly cloudy with a chance of showers becoming 
 partly sunny this afternoon.  Highs in the lower 70's.  West 
 wind 5-10 MPH becoming South this afternoon.  For the complete forecast

 Keechelus will ramp down 160 CFS, Cle Elum will ramp down 500 CFS and
 Rimrock will ramp down 650 CFS.
 Kittitas Canal will add 20 CFS. 
 No other System changes expected.
 Irrigation diversion changes must be coordinated with the YFO, Please 
 allow 48 hours advance notice.  Thank You!
 NRCS Snotel, SWE for the Upper Yakima Basin are reporting 42% of 
 average and Naches Basin sites are at 62% of average.  Data may not
 provide a representation of conditions.
