CFS OPERATIONAL COMMENTS: Storage is 33.2% of average (1991, 2020). --------------------- Precipitation at the five reservoirs for DEC 1 to is 11.38 inches, or 313% of average and 30% of the months average. Precipitation for the Water Year(OCT01 to DEC03) to date is 47.91 inches, or 77% of average. The Mountains will be cloudy with Rain, highs near 40 degrees. Snow Level near 8500 FT. NWS-Hydrologic Outlook, Significant rises are expected on many area rivers and streams, though no mainstem river flooding is anticipated, at this time. High temperatures by Tuesday will be 10 to 20 degrees above normal. The valleys will be cloudy with rain showers and patchy fog. Highs in the mid 40's. Winds light and variable.
