Major Storage Reservoirs in the Deschutes River Basin
The 2005 Biological Opinion on future O&M of Reclamation projects in the Deschutes River Basin included an Incidental Take Statement to minimize take of Mid Columbia Steelhead. The Incidental Take Statement requires one of the following to be true from October 1 through November 15:
