Major Storage Reservoirs in the Deschutes River Basin
The 2005 Biological Opinion on future O&M of Reclamation projects in the Deschutes River Basin included an Incidental Take Statement to minimize take of Mid Columbia Steelhead. The Incidental Take Statement requires one of the following to be true from October 1 through November 15:

|7 Day moving average flow CULO + CROO (CULVER QD7) >= 1680 cfs||Current:|
|Average Bowman Dam Release(PRVO QD) >= 215 cfs||Current:|
CROO == Crooked Riv below Opal Springs nr Culver CULO == Deschutes River near Culver, OR PRVO == Crooked River near Prineville
