Tule Lake Refuge in northern California is the site of the largest annual concentration of waterfowl in North America. Over 200 species of birds can be found on and near the 13,000 acre lake. The regulated water supply for Tule Lake is supplied by the Bureau of Reclamation's Klamath Project.
