Title: Central Valley Project Conservation Program/Habitat Restoration Program Projects for Fiscal Year 2013 (EAs and CECs)
Summary: The primary goal of the Central Valley Project Conservation Program (CVPCP) is to enhance, protect, and recover listed and special-status species and their habitats affected by the Central Valley Project. The CVPCP is highly integrated into the Central Valley Project Improvement Act (CVPIA) Habitat Restoration Program (HRP)[b)1)(other) program]. The purpose and objectives of the HRP are generally to address other environmental impacts of the CVP, such as habitat restoration for listed species.
