Title: Long-term Contract for the Exchange of Water between the Bureau of Reclamation and Byron-Bethany Irrigation District ? Delta Division and San Luis Unit
Summary: Reclamation proposes to execute a long-term (up to 40-year) exchange contract and a long-term (up to 40-year) license with Byron-Bethany Irrigation District (BBID) for introduction of up to 4,500 acre-feet/year (AFY), plus up to an additional 225 AFY to cover conveyance losses, of its non-CVP water between March and October to meet Tracy Hills Development demand.
