Mr. Brad Warren began his career with Western Area Power Administration as an engineering student at South Dakota State University in 1979. After graduating, he joined Western full-time as a civil engineer in the Huron, South Dakota, Construction Office. From there he went to Billings, Montana, where he was in charge of construction inspections. He then transferred to Fort Peck, Montana, as a general engineer and became the Maintenance manager of that office in June 1998.
He became the CRSP Manager of Colorado River Storage Project Management Center in May 2002 with his transfer to Salt Lake City, Utah. In this role, he leads a team of more than 30 employees who develop and direct power marketing programs and contracts, and manage finances while serving public utility customers in Utah, New Mexico, and parts of Wyoming, Nevada, and Arizona.
