Mr. King has a Bachelor and Masters Degree in Civil and Environmental Engineering from Brigham Young University. He is a registered Professional Engineer in the State of Utah and is the Chief of the Interstate Streams section of the Utah Division of Water Resources. Mr. King currently serves as a member on the Glen Canyon Dam Technical Work Group and also serves as an alternate for Utah with the: Upper Colorado River Commission, the Colorado River Basin Salinity Control Forum, the Department of Interior Colorado River Working Group, and the Upper Colorado River Basin Endangered Fishes Recovery Program.
