Roger Hansen has a Ph.D. in civil and environmental engineering and has been working with automation technologies for over ten years. He is an activity manager in the Provo Area Office Resource Management Division and the principle investigator on several Reclamation-funded research projects dealing with water system automation.

Arlen Hilton has a B.S. in electrical engineering technology and eight years of experience with real-time monitoring and control technologies. He is a member of the Provo Area Office Information Systems Management Group.

Frank Woodward is a hydrologic engineering technican and experienced fabricator. He has 30 years of experience with stream gaging and flow measurement and has developed several useful prototypes for measuring water level and gate position. In addition, he works on the design and installation of low-cost, real-time monitoring and control systems.

Phil Greenland is a professional engineer (P.E.) in the Provo Area Office Resource management Division. He is a specialist in base station data collection software and alternative power systems for field sites.
