DISTRICT RRA FORMS

The district RRA forms (certification and reporting) that each district completes annually to summarize the district's landholding information are available on the RRA website. The RRA forms for the next consecutive water year are made available on the RRA website on December 1st each year.

The district RRA forms can be printed for manual completion, or they may be electronically completed using Adobe Acrobat Reader (a free download). It is recommended that you save on your hard drive (or other data device) the RRA form you intend to complete, and complete the saved file from your hard drive.

Completed district RRA forms can be printed, manually signed, and manually submitted. The electronically completed district RRA forms can now be electronically submitted using guidance that was distributed in December 2008 to all irrigation districts subject to the acreage limitation provisions. Please contact the appropriate Reclamation office if you require another copy of this guidance.

The electronic RRA forms are created to accommodate the most common computer set-up. If you experience problems with downloading filling, and/or printing the RRA forms, the Hints, Tips, and Troubleshooting page provides instructions for resolving the most common problems known to exist.

As computer technology progresses, there are increasing variations of hardware/software combinations that may cause unforeseen user-specific problems. These problems can only be solved by making adjustments to the user's particular hardware/software and do not necessarily indicate an issue with the electronic RRA form files. Problems not addressed by the Hints, Tips, and Troubleshooting page should be directed to the appropriate software or hardware manufacturer.

Completed district RRA forms must be submitted to the appropriate Reclamation office in accordance with the due date established by that Reclamation office. Definitions for the acreage limitation terms used in the RRA forms are located in Form 7-21INFO, 43 CFR part 426, and 43 CFR part 428.
