Rules for CRADAs
Legal Authority:
- The authority for Federal agencies, such as Reclamation, that support research functions and laboratories to enter into CRADAs is found in the U.S. Code 15 USC 3710a.
- CRADAs were authorized under the Federal Technology Transfer Act of 1986.
