Long-Term Climate Change Research Activities
Reclamation is partnering and collaborating with others to address the critical gaps in climate change adaptation research that face the water management community and to pursue a sound science strategy for filling the information gaps and providing critical tools. This effort builds on chapter 6, table 2 of the USGS circular 1331 (pdf 877 M) to:
- Identify common needs of the Federal and non-Federal water management community
- Guide and foster research to meet these needs
- Collaborate to develop, test, and apply new methods, tools and capabilities to meet these needs
- Use online networking technologies to share updates as we obtain new information and additional perspectives.
