Reclamation has the responsibility to provide public recreation and wildlife opportunities at its water projects, which are located in the 17 western United States. The new Projects & Facilities Database list all the Reclamation facilities including dams, powerplants, projects and the recreation areas associated with each facility. It also includes links to the any Reclamation website developed for a specific recreation location, as well as the direct link for that facilities' page on Recreation.gov.
Recreation.gov provides information on all recreation facilities on Federal lands including those owned and managed by the Bureau of Reclamation or one of our partners. It also provides the opportunity to make a reservation at facilities which require one.
