The property will be disposed of by the Bureau of Reclamation under delegation of authority contained in FPMR 101-47.603, from the Administrator of GSA to the Secretary of the Interior, and redelegated to the Commissioner of Reclamation by 255 DM 3.1G and the Commissioner's redelegation contained in FPMR Supplement 114S-47.603.
