Subpart 114S-45.9 Abandonment or Destruction of Personal Property

The findings specified in 41 CFR 114-45.901 will be made by a Survey Officer or Board of Survey and properly documented on form 7-778, Report of Survey. The reviewing official (refer to 114S-60) will endorse the survey to the effect that donation to public bodies is not feasible.
