the Regional level, the data specified in 101-45.803(d)(3)
will be furnished to the Reclamation Service Center, Property
and Officer Services, code D-7910, for review and recommendation
for resolution.
The Director, Office of Acquisition
and Property Management, Office of the Assistant Secretary - Policy,
Management, and Budget, is authorized to make the determinations
contemplated by FPMR 101-45.803.
