pools and systems. Only supplemental information and subjects
requiring emphasis are incorporated in this subpart. (See also

Each Regional Director; the Director,

to request service from local GSA motor pools. A list of persons
designated at the projects will be maintained at regional offices.
The number of individuals contacting GSA motor pools will be kept
to a minimum.

Estimated vehicle requirements will
be submitted in writing to the appropriate motor pool manager
in advance of program changes or seasonal variations. The estimate
should show maximum and minimum numbers of vehicles, type, options,
etc., including the geographic area and specific motor pool expected
to provide the service.
114S-39.303 Utilization Reviews.
The Property Management Officers at
all office will be responsible for periodic review of GSA motor
pool vehicle use, following the same criteria applied to Reclamation-owned
vehicles.
