Regulations governing vending facilities operated by blind persons are contained in 43 CFR Part 13 and are applicable to all facilities owned or leased by Reclamation.
Regional Offices will submit the annual report required in 41 CFR 101-20.206 to the Reclamation Service Center, D-7910, by November 15 of each year.
