Offices occupying space assigned by GSA are responsible for notifying the regional GSA office of space to be released, giving complete information as to date, location, description, and any other pertinent information. A copy of all correspondence related to the release of space will be furnished to the appropriate Regional Office and to the Reclamation Service Center, D-7910.
