Previously, the Bureau of Reclamation (Reclamation) and Washington Department of Ecology (Ecology) announced the start of a public scoping period for a combined Planning Report/Programmatic Environmental Impact Statement (PR/PEIS)on the Integrated Water Resource Management Plan under the Yakima River Basin Water Enhancement Project (YRBWEP). The period for submitting comments on the PR/EIS ended on May 19, 2011.
