Reclamation Releases Finding of No Significant Impact and Final Environmental Assessment for Standfield Irrigation District Boundary Adjustment

The Bureau of Reclamation has released a Finding of No Significant Impact (FONSI) and a final environmental assessment (EA) for the proposed boundary adjustment of the Stanfield Irrigation District (SID).

The FONSI is the decision document which concludes that implementation of the preferred alternative of adjusting the Federal boundaries to include an additional 242.2 acres would have no significant impacts on the quality of the human environment or the natural resources of the area.

The FONSI and EA have been prepared to document environmental review and evaluation in compliance with the National Environmental Policy Act of 1969.
