Reclamation Hosts Meeting
The Bureau of Reclamation will hold a public meeting to provide preliminary results of ongoing ecological studies and projections of Palisades Reservoir operations this fall and winter.
The September 26 meeting will be held at O’Callahans at the Shilo Inn, 780 Lindsay Blvd. in Idaho Falls starting at 7:00 p.m.
The Biologically Based System Management Project is a cooperative effort of Reclamation and the Flathead Lake Biological Station of the University of Montana.
The studies, as well as the reservoir operations presented, will focus on the reach of the Snake River from Palisades Dam to the confluence of the Snake River and the Henrys Fork. This reach is commonly called the South Fork of the Snake River or South Fork.
The meeting facilities are physically accessible to people with disabilities. Please contact Laura Bell (208) 678-0461 ext. 28, for sign language interpretation for the hearing impaired or other auxiliary aids.
