CFS Title XII Flows = 524cfs OPERATIONAL COMMENTS: Storage is 63.4% of average (1981-2005). --------------------- Inflow to the five reservoirs is 103%, releases from the five is 38% and major canal diversions are 94% of average. Unregulated flow for the Yakima River nr. Parker is 140% and regulated flow is 156% of average. Inflow to the five reservoirs for the period October 1st - May 8th is 601KAF, or 64% of average and releases from the five is 389KAF, or 96% of average. Unregulated flow for the Yakima River nr. Parker for the same period is 1287KAF, or 64% of average and regulated flow is 156% of average. Major canal diversions are 94% of average for the period April 1st - May 8th (202KAF). Precipitation at the five reservoirs for the month of May to date remains at 0.9 inches, or 9.6% of the month's average and 37% of the month's average to date. Precipitation for the period October 1st - May 8th is 183.8 inches, or 89.5% of average. Snotel sites for the upper Yakima basin are reporting 150% and the lower basin sites are reporting 139% of average (SWE). The NWS is forecasting sunny skies with highs in the upper 40's in the passes today. Tonight and tomorrow skies will become partly to mostly cloudy with a chance of showers and afternoon highs in the upper 40's. The valley will see sunny skies today with highs in the upper 60's to low 70's in the lower valley. Tonight, skies will be partly cloudy with lows in the upper 30's. Saturday, partly sunny and 72. Roza Roller-gate remains tucked. Westside ID will add 15cfs and Kennewick ID will add 15cfs today. No other system changes scheduled for today.
