CFS OPERATIONAL COMMENTS: Storage is 111.8% of average (1981-2010). --------------------- Inflow to the five reservoirs is 115%, releases from the five are 142% and major canal diversions are 94% of average. Unregulated flow for the Yakima River nr. Parker is 91% and observed floiw is 137% of average. Inflow to the five reservoirs for the water year to date is 1292KAF, or 104% of average and releases from the five is 730KAF, or 125% of average. Unregulated flow for the Yakima River nr. Parker for the same period is 2555KAF, or 99% of average and observed flow is 1424KAF, or 104% of average. Major canal diversions for the period April 1st - June 6th is 443KAF, or 98% of average. Precipitation at the five reservoirs for the month of June to date is 0.30 inches, or 4.1% of the month's average. Precipitation for the period October 1st - June 6th is 189.51 inches, or 91.4% of average. NRCS Snotel sites for the upper Yakima basin still reporting snow are at 112% of average and lower basin sites reporting snow are 108% of average.
