CFS OPERATIONAL COMMENTS: System Storage is 106% of average (1981-2005). --------------------- Inflow to the five reservoirs is 115% and outflow is 87% of average. Unregulated flow at Yakima R. nr. Parker is 116% and regulated flow is 108% of average. Precipitation at the five reservoirs for the period Nov 1 - Nov 19 is 23.33 inches, which is 94% average for this period and 59% of average for November. Precipitation for the water year to date is 53.8 inches, which is 131% of average. The NRCS Snotel sites for the upper Yakima Basin are reporting 188% and the lower Basin sites are reporting 214% of average. Rain/snow in the passes today with the snow level at 3900 feet lowering to 2900 feet. Highs near 35 and lows around 27. Snow showers through the weekend with highs 29 to 33 and lows 23 to 27. Rain likely in the valley today with highs around 50. A slight chance of showers tonight with lows 27 to 31. A 20% chance of rain/snow on Saturday with highs 43 to 48. Rain/snow likely on Saturday night with a chance of showers on Sunday. Highs in the 40's and lows at or below freezing. Roza Diversion Dam Pool draw-down will continue today.
