CFS OPERATIONAL COMMENTS: Storage is 93% of average (1981-2005). --------------------- Inflow to the five reservoirs is 34% of average and outflow is 76% of average. Unregulated flow at Yakima River nr. Parker is 64% and regulated flow is 64% of average. Precipitation for February 1 - 8 at the five reservoirs is 2.7 inches, or 31% of average and 9% of the month's average. Precipitation for the water year to date is 114.5 inches, or 78% of average. The NRCS Snotel sites are reporting 66% of average in the upper basin and 86% of average in the lower basin. Partly sunny in the passes today with a high near 37.
