To order a video or Otto Otter coloring book send a message to pninfo@pn.usbr.gov or call (208) 378-5021. Include your name, address, phone, email address, and the name of the requested videos. If you are an educator you can keep the videos you order, just be sure to send us the name and address of your school. All others are requested to return the videos within three weeks.
