TITLE: ZeroNet Energy-Water Initiative

ABSTRACT:
This talk described the ZeroNet energy-water initiative.
ZeroNet is a public-private partnership between Los Alamos National Laboratory, the Electric Power Research Institute, and the Public Service Company of New Mexico.
The goal of ZeroNet is to meet New Mexico's increasing power demand without increasing net freshwater withdrawals used for power plant cooling.
The elements of a successful public-private partnership were discussed.
